Homewood Suites by Hilton Chicago - Schaumburg

Customer ser ice was very excellent. As we were checking in, my huband was having ballance issues and they anticipated my needs and changed me to a lower level without me having to ask. The room was spacious and clean. Very nice pool and grilling area as well.

Excellent stay. Very good continental breakfast. Convenient location. Greatsuites. Called to ask about crib and it was in the room upon arrival. Nice staff, only issue was pool was locked and they couldnt find key but its start of summer so we were probably some of the first that wanted to swim this year.

I really liked the lobby, the room was equally comfortable, clean and very well organized.

There were no parts I didn't like, the hotel is in very good condition.

Overall great experience would come back

We spent a night here while passing through Chicago. We received a warm welcome upon check-in by Aakif who was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable with a smart, thoughtful design. We appreciated that this was an actual suite with a close-able door between the bedroom and living room - unlike what many hotels now try to pass off as “suites.” The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. I appreciated the absence of styrofoam and fewer single-use containers at the breakfast (for example, one single pump-able dispenser of syrup instead of a zillion little plastic packets).

Breakfast was great. Atmosphere and vibes sucked. I guess people do not like Latino or Hispanics at all. The bias and stereotyping from other guests just sucked. I wish I could sue for every time some one judges me and generalizes me because of my background. Oh well that is what life is all about. People hate Latino/hispanic. It’s hard to live in peace. Other than that good hotel and good hotel staff.

Location was good lots restaurants near by

Parking was an issues near our room Our room was in need of renovations and our cable tv barely worked we had to keep rebooting it Called for a wine opener and was told I couldn’t borrow one and was supposed to have one in the room and did not

Loudest hotel i ever been in my life. Ceiling are so thin that if someone walks in the floor above you’ll hear like a kangaroo jumping. I was at the second floor, i asked to move at the third one (highest one) since it was impossible to sleep. If someone flushes the toilet on another room you’ll hear the sound of the recharging water for at least 10 minutes. If you’re sleeping it’s guarantee you’ll wake up The elevator makes some very strange noise. It’s basically all noisy
