As a gentleman of discerning taste and peculiar habits, I rarely find accommodations that warrant an unequivocal 10/10 rating. However, the Homewood Suites in Schaumburg has managed to rev my metaphorical engine in all the right ways—consider this review my full-throttle endorsement. During my stay to attend a unadmirable car show. First Impressions & Location Nestled in the pleasant suburban enclave of Schaumburg, this property strikes an ideal balance between accessibility and serenity. Mere moments from the Woodfield Mall (a veritable Mecca for any self-respecting retail enthusiast) and major thoroughfares, the location is a triumph of logistical genius. The surrounding area is peaceful yet close to enough to civilization to satisfy my occasional need for city-adjacent chaos. Staff & Service Ah, the staff! A group so attentive and affable that one might mistake them for butlers in a Victorian novel. Aakifv at the front desk greeted me with such genuine warmth and efficiency that I immediately felt as though I had arrived at a home away from home. The housekeeping team, whom I encountered while inspecting the finer details of the hallway carpet pattern (a curious pastime of mine), were equally delightful and thorough. They greeted me with smiles and somehow kept my suite immaculate, despite my propensity to scatter auto magazines across every surface. The Rooms Now let us delve into the pièce de résistance—the suite itself. Spacious, immaculately clean, and designed with a level of functionality that I dare say borders on automotive engineering brilliance. The kitchenette? Fully equipped and laid out as precisely as the engine bay of a fine British sports car. The living area offered a plush couch where one might sit and ponder life—or, in my case, admire the flawless geometry of a nearby parking lot. The bed? Firm yet forgiving, much like the suspension of a classic Cadillac. Breakfast Breakfast, the most important meal of the day, was a true highlight. The offerings were abundant, fresh, and served with a smile. The scrambled eggs were as fluffy as freshly laundered hotel pillows, and the sausage links had a savory perfection that might bring a lesser man to tears. The coffee? Robust and aromatic, fueling my morning musings on carburetor tuning. Amenities & Atmosphere The fitness center was modest yet sufficient for a brisk jog or a session of light weights. Though I am no pool enthusiast, I couldn’t help but admire the inviting outdoor pool area, which struck me as the perfect place to relax after a day spent exploring Schaumburg's streets. Staff went out of their way to be very accommodating.

Awesome mini apartment like one bedroom suite. Didn’t have an oven, but not a deal breaker, the room was clean and cozy. The different units were not marked off very clearly, but once you figure it out, it was fine. They have a very lovely lobby and the breakfast was awesome. Definitely will be staying again when in the area.

This was my first stay at this hotel and I really enjoyed the comfort of the room the staff and breakfast . I will most definitely be returning and sharing my experience with my friends and family . The best customer service.

We have a suite for 6 and it was roomy and very clean. Staff was very nice. I definitely will return to this hotel!

We booked this because it was close to Medieval Times where we were celebrating my son's birthday. When we pulled up it seemed clean from the street. Once inside we had to wait for residents to get their mail before we could even check in, once checked in we drove around back and we were instantly uncomfortable as there were what we think were residence just staring at us as we hurried into our room, which one of the men stood in front of the door and wouldn't let my son open the door while my husband was out of sight around the corner, as soon as he appeared the guy asked him if he wanted help getting to his room and my husband was polite and said no. The room itself wasn't clean, nor did it smell like any cleaning product had been used and once we turned the water on it showed as all the water beaded (this is unclean). There was 4 people literally blocking us from parking when we returned from the show and would not move, we had to park in a different area out of site from our room and walk through the courtyard where again we were met with some not so pleasant people. We hardly slept there was so much noise. We got up and left as soon as we could. We will never go back to this place!

Do not book this place! Evidently being owned and operated by Trivedi Hospitality means that you do not follow Hilton rules. The desk clerk demanded my “work permit” for the government rate. I showed my government ID. This place is not worth the money or the hassle.
