Excellent staff and good attention

Lovely stay, nice breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean but the decor was dated. The staff were professional and friendly. Overall good stay would book again. Good affordable comfy night stay.

Good location but very noisy late at night. Property could do with some repairs window did not shut and very scruffy rooms.

Only stayed one night. Needs updating and wallpaper coming away from the walls obviously needs doing . Items like the bedside lamps were very dusty . Didn’t really have any contact with staff once I’d checked in so can’t really comment on the friendliness .

Good experience, however keys aren’t reliable and the WiFi isn’t fantastic.

Everything is outdated, dribbling showers, walls are thin, people keeping you awake at tall hours

Front of house team weren't very friendly (team from 4pm shift) and couldn't care less really that I felt unsafe in the room i was given. Gent that worked the morning shift was lovely smiling extremely helpful. The tiolet seat was loose and urine trapped behind. The light switches were filthy. My window didnt shut ( the bery helpful and polite handy man fixed the window and the extender lock. The wallpaper was coming off the walls if not already pulled off. The bathroom floor was very hot it actually hurt my feet to walk on it.
