Roundhouse Hotel Bournemouth

Great hotel, pretty close to the centre and beach. I only have 2 complaints. 1: I was questioned by a staff member without explanation.. 2:Although a fan was provided the room was uncomfortably hot.

the staff was very friendly and welcoming, very disappointed though that we could only check in at 4pm. Overall it was a pleasant clean room and the bed was comfortable, but there was a leak from the upstairs bathroom into our bathroom so not very pleasant and shows a bit of neglect, location of the hotel is great..

Rooms very dated, wall paper peeling off the walls, could here every bit of noise throughout the hotel. Ceiling tiles to bathroom falling down. Low shower pressure and uncomfortable beds.

Never stayed at such a poor quality hotel ever. Covid cleanliness was awful. Room was dirty, lived in , worn carpets , rust everywhere in bathroom, no toilet brush no cleaning of rooms once during our stay or towel change Receptionist crew the language barrier was awful trying to commicate with them about our problems was useless I’d like my money back it was that bad

Absolutely terrible quality room. Advertised as cleaned to COVID standards but didn't seem to have seen a duster in a good few years! When we complained at reception we were met with a blank stare and lack of sincerity. We were given a strip of paper pre-prepared with the email for complaints and after waiting a week from sending in the complaint we are still waiting on a response.

The condition was very poor. There was no amenities as advertised. We had to go to a hotel down the road for breakfast. There wasn't any drink or snack facilities. The safety was compromised as the smoke detector was taped shut. I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free.

Everything is bad: the beds, the bathrooms, the hot water. And it is super experience for what you get.
