"Would stay again"

Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed and handy sofa. Thank you to Sarah at the swimming pool reception for being so friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast. Did wonder why charged for parking though.

Very friendly and helpful check in. Moved to a room on the ground floor as travelling on a blue badge,no trouble at all. Room was large and comfortable,also clean . We travelled with our dog too and she was made to feel welcome ,unlike some hotels that claim to be dog friendly. Swimming pool was nice and welcome . Nice outside seating for a coffee

"Great solo stay with a good breakfast"

I booked this for my husband when he was on his way to Plymouth on a motorbike trip to Spain and Portugal. I wanted him to have a place he could relax and recharge before his big journey (Ewan McGregor style). He said he had a lovely nights sleep, the breakfast was the best he’s had in a hotel and he enjoyed his dinner too. Thanks to the staff for making his first night amazing. I’ve booked a litter night for him on his way back in 2 weeks. THANK YOU

The hotel reception area was clean & tidy. Check i in was quick & easy and staff member was pleasant & helpful. The room was well presented with ample space . Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The swimming pool was nice with a jacussi, sauna & steam room. The area was clean & well kept.

Heated indoor pool was nice. Only annoying thing is the restaurant doesn't open until 6:30, a little too late for a family with a tired toddler

"Excellent"

Bed and pillows too soft for me, left me with a bad back the following day. Toilet leaked continually through the night. Other than that, fine.
