Holiday Inn Gloucester-Cheltenham by IHG

All good except when serving food in the bar it would be good idea to take the cutlery and sauces to the customer before the food is ready! Sat there watching my food go cold waiting for cutlery does not make sense!!

Always a good stay. Staff are really friendly and helpful, rooms always clean and tidy, Pool and Gym are really good and staff helpful. Always a really good stay. Food is really good. Would never look past this place when In area. Value for money is excellent.

upon arrival Christina was very pleasant and helpful checking us in, we later returned to reception to book breakfast, this is time we were dealt with by Charmain, who was also pleasant and helpful. The Room was clean and comfortable for the 3 of us, we used the pool twice, which was a nice treat to have this downstairs , this too was clean and appeared to be well maintained. Overall a good experience all round, will book again if we need to stay in the area again

From then friendly greeting at reception to the time we left everyone was very helpful. The room was spacious and clean.My wife was particularly impressed by the lack of mould in the bath area. Again purchasing the breakfast option was a winner as was the food for that matter.

No water in the room. Other is good

It is a nice and quiet place to live
