Great location within easy reach of main routes. Extremely clean and well maintained with very pleasant and helpful staff. Will definitely use again when visiting this area.

Great location. Gym and pool arw a huge bonus. The staff are all very friendly nothing is too much to ask. Huge plus point for us was being able cast your phone to the TV to watch Netflix etc. You do have to pay £5 per day for parking.

We really enjoyed our stay! The spa and pool is great and breakfast was really good!

We had an amazing time. Not one complaint to be made. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. The evening meal and breakfast were amazing.

Spot on hotel only problem is the heating turns off on auto regardless of temperature outside. Woke up freezing on a couple of occasand in the end asked for portable heater to plug in.

Good value for money

good parking and location for main roads. enjoyed breakfast. Gym and pool area was enjoyable as refurbished along with hotel rooms

The gym is something I'm not too happy with. There is no olympic bars or weighted plates. So you can't do any key exercises like squats or deadlifts or even a bench press. The gym has gone through a refurb but the investment of this has gone into the wrong pieces of equipment. The bonus of the above issue means any one serious about getting into shape probably would avoid such a gym due to key equipment not being available.

Staff were exceptionally cheerful polite and helpful, Everything was exactly as expected and of excellent standard. The only down side which was not apparent when on the website was the Hotel does not have a lift, we would have requested a ground floor room if we'd known as I have bad knees and this spoilt the stay a little.
