Holiday Inn Gloucester-Cheltenham by IHG

Check in was good, food is very expensive with hit and miss quality. Cleaners very lazy, left a dirty plate and glass in my room after housekeeping. Doors slamming at 0530hrs with no respect to otjer residents, and to top it off there were contractor's chopping down trees outside my room at 0800hrs.

Firstly, this is a hotel you really have to have brought your car to. If you have a car, getting around will be super easy. Nice comfortable stay, v comfy bed. My only two gripes - the only food we ate was a dessert we ordered (crumble and brownie) both were below average and at £8 that’s bad. The room temperature wouldn’t change, despite me turning on the aircon

Overnight stay for flying at Gloucester. Very happy with our stay. Location great too. Friendly staff and would definitely return.

Found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was clean and well presented. The leisure facilities are excellent. Breakfast was also excellent. Recommend this to anyone.
