Clean rooms, secure area. Thermostat a bit of a pain since it kept going back down to a prearranged temperature, and we were a bit too cool because of it.

Very easy to check in, easy access to breakfast and a good selection. Room is a reasonable size and bed comfy. Good selection of TV channels for those who wish to watch. Plenty of sitting area in bar area and good amenities including pool and gym. Plenty of parking but there is a charge of £5.

Nice swimming pool.

This is the first time I stayed and I have to say it wasn't the best experience. The issues I experienced. 1. The towel I unwrapped to use after my shower was covered in stains. 2. The bathroom had a piece of excrement that was located near drain that I presume should have been cleaned before someone using the bath due to the health implications. 3. Parking shouldn't be charged, considering the cost of the stay, I feel that this should be included in the cost of booking a premium room. 4. The gym closes at 9pm which is far to early. Positives 1. Bed is comfortable. 2. Good breakfast. 3. Helpful staff.

Stayed for one night as our son was attending a swimming clinic at GL1 in Gloucester. Great to be able to check in at 2pm rather than the usual 3-4pm. Staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious, very clean and had all the amenities you would need. Would definitely stay again.

God quality room and spa. breakfast lacking .Friendly staff.

Good location very near a well-hidden Sainsbury's superstore. Room, dining area and pool exceptionally clean, friendly and helpful staff. Slightly run-down ambiance but acceptable.
