Guests highly rate the beautiful property and frequently praise the friendly staff.
Property is clean and quiet. Front desk personnel James is the best, a cheerleader for the Dearborn Inn.
Very unique and beautiful, though with the older rooms, definitely lacking places to hang your items or put your luggage. Would like to see a few more hooks place throughout the room, and possibly a luggage rack.
So close to all the Museums and Greenfield Village. Classic style hotel and quiet!
The historical feel of this property is clearly evident which was enjoyed and appreciated. Just due to age, there are some paint and maintenance areas that will need some attention but overall, the facility is fantastic and beautiful.

Excellent accommodations
Easy check-in. Very good service. My only problem was that on Thanksgiving day the cable when out until the following day. We were told that they were waiting on a tech to come and fix the problem but it never happened. All in all it was a good stay except the fact that we were stuck in a hotel for a day and a half with no tv. Other than that everything was good
Check in was fine. Calling this a “Marriott Hotel” is quite a stretch. I know it is old, but it is also tired. The tub/shower was basically a thin piece of plastic that bubbled up so when I would step on a bubble, I thought I was going through to the room below.
The Dearborn Inn was a wonderful, historic property with attentive and friendly staff. We look forward to the next time we are in Detroit and plan to stay there again.
