Beautiful grounds and concealed courtyard seating. Extremely helpful and kind staff. Very convenient location. Hallway decor and room decor warm and friendly. Extremely comfortable bed
The hotel was beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. Slept well in the cozy bed. The bathroom was a little small but it worked and it was clean.

Nice location and historic property are both pluses, pretty big pluses. Loose toilet paper holder, hair in bathtub were negatives. $15 internet access was a negative (we did not buy it). No coffee bar a negative. Also, was noisy at night, not throughout the night but a couple of times there were loud noises.
The staff at this hotel was so welcoming and helpful!! They were accommodating when we needed something including when I needed to extend my stay briefly!!
Great area and very quiet. Air conditioning was not the greatest during the night. Hotel faculty was great and very accommodating!
Of course I love the history. But I’m disappointed that restricted restaurant hours and pool hours were not published anywhere prior to my arrival.I did not realize I needed to ask for cleaning services. My sheets and pillows smelled of someone else’s body odor.
The hotel, staff and amenities were excellent. The location is close to downtown Dearborn which has great restaurants/shops. Look forward to staying here again.
