Room was a good size and clean. Facility is maintained well. Breakfast bar was well stocked with a variety of options. Pool area is clean and well maintained.

The only problem with the facility is the key card system. The first room I was given could not be opened after trying 4 cards. A new room was assigned and after the first day I had the same problem. The card keys would not open the outside doors as well. I went through 4 more keys for this room. My room was near an entry door and I could see numerous other guests having the same problem.

The rooms are spacious suites and mine was quiet and comfortable. Checkin was quick and easy. Location was convenient to almost anything needed and right off the highway. Pool area was nicely kept.

The hallways were dark and poorly maintained with dog hair and in need of serious cleaning. The outside card readers were unreliable and I had to get my keys reprogrammed. The hotel should make it clear that they are "pet friendly" as I am allergic and was almost mauled by a large dog in a hallway one am.
