Location

I have stayed here multiple times. The overall appearance and cleanliness is definitely declining. The location is great and the staff courteous, but the entire place needs a major overhaul.

Friendly staff

The corridor back entrance floor had little wrappers of food , needed to be swept…. The room bathroom was clean but u can tell the room cleaner could have done a little bit better with dusting the hardware of lamps better … it was clean but not excellent.

"Everything was Perfect (for me) including the staff."

I LOVED that this location was very close proximity to a convenient store (for lotions, toothpaste, snack food items). Popular restaurants were "a very short walking distance" nearest the hotel and also in the retail shopping mall conveniently located across the street! Perfect location! Near the interstate! Safe and very clean!!! Small pets were allowed but, I did not see, hear nor smell them! The rooms were a pretty good size. I would happily return to Scottsdale AZ and choose LaQuinta as my home away from home.

I have to say that there was nothing that I did not like.

"Disappointed"

Location

I booked a wheelchair accessible room and didn't get it.The room we did get smelt horrible of urine. The key readers at two separate doors would not work and an older gentleman told us that those two doors never work. Once we got in we couldn't get in our room The housekeeper said to jiggle the card around we still couldn't get in so she used her badge to open our door. It was frustrating.There was one hallway that was absolutely disgusting!! very disappointed
