"Hotel fenomenal pero hay que organizar la entrada"

No tenĆ­an sistema informĆ”tico y estuvimos 1 hora y 30 minutos esperando (se acerco un encargado solo para decir que sentĆ­a la espera pero no escucho las quejas por la mala organizaciĆ³n) para que nos indicasen que nos dan la habitaciĆ³n en otra recepciĆ³n que para llevarnos esperamos otros 20 minutos hasta que nos quejamos y nos bajo el chico de la recepciĆ³n. Una vez en la recepciĆ³n que nos pertenecĆ­a nos dijeron que podĆ­amos tomar algo para la espera y al rato apareciĆ³ el encargado que nos habĆ­a pedido disculpas y esta vez con otra aptitud escuchando los problemas, disculpĆ”ndose y ofreciendo una habitaciĆ³n mejor a la que tenĆ­amos reservada. Como le comente al encargado creo que al tener dos recepciones para el hotel es conveniente identificar el cliente que entra para derivarle a la recepciĆ³n que corresponde ya que no se puede juzgar al cliente por nada mas que lo que hay a simple vista.

First of all at the beginning a bell boy came out and helped me with my suitcase and took me to the correct concierge ; there are several and he explained how to get back to that place and also the elevator button to push to get outside the hotel.This was necessary because the hotel is quite large.There are many things to help their guests relax and pamper themselves.The breakfast room is the largest that I ever saw and I have never seen so many selections from which to choose.

Das Fenster konnte man im 15 Stock ƶffnen. Im Fensterrahmen waren Zigaretten filter darin. Es war ein Nichtraucher Zimmer.
