"Will stay there again if we go back"

Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Our room faced the sea, and the view was spectacular. No complaints. Will stay there again if we go back.

"Very good hotel close to beach good staff "

Very good hotel with excellent location close to beach and close to public bus stop. Very good room and staff, excellent breakfast. However the hotel was under renovation and some noise during day repair work and some dirty on balcony due to repair was temporarily none- convenient. Room service is a good with acceptable prices.

"Amazing"

They were very nice to upgrade our room to executive suit for free (we were just lucky, but I would like to not mention the reason for this so that not everyone tries the same with them), so my review is related to that room. The hotel location is amazing, directly overlooking the beach and at the center of all attractions. We loved everything at the hotel, except that there wasn’t much choice in breakfast and it was almost the same or very similar every day.

"Perfect location close to the beach."

Third stay in 18 months. Always a pleasant holiday, right on the beach, with a view overlooking the sea. Breakfast is fabulous and staff helpful and friendly.

"Good hotel very near beach."

This hotel was generally very good. The room was clean and well looked after. The bed was extremely large and very comfortable! Most of the staff were smiling and helpful with exception of the reception staff who very seemed disinterested in their guests, maybe it was because they were understaffed and under pressure but a smile would help.

"Very good quiet hotel close to beach &restaurants."

Great place to stay right in the centre of Las Palmas and close to to beach, restaurants and especially the bus station which gets you to all parts of the island quite reasonably so no need to hire cars! The hotel staff were really great and the breakfast good although it was a bit of a scramble most morning with self service: good food quality. Great to be there for Carnaval which is wicked! Would go back again.
