On arrival at the hotel the staff were very friendly and efficient at checking us in for the 2 nights that we were staying at the hotel. We were provided with all of the informaiton we needed about the hotel, including where the restaurant, pool etc were located and also information regarding pool towels, the gym and breakfast the following day. I was travelling with my younger sister (both in our 20's) and we were made to feel very safe and welcome. The rooms were very clean and modern, we were on the 10th floor (top floor) with a city view. Albeit the view was over rooftops and the port, my sister and I did not have anything to complain about as we had the sunshine on our balcony all day and also what else could you expect from a hotel we were using for a city break? We were lucky enough to have a high floor so we were able to see the ships and workings of the port which was different to the usual sea or hotel pool view. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the pool area was clean and also modern with a great view of the beach just below. Breakfast each day was also very nice, a large selection of food, drinks, fresh fruit and we were able to find an available table on both days. Overall, our stay was a great one, and if returning to Las Palmas, it would be my first choice again!

Clean hotel. Nice views. Stone throw from beach. Clean swimming pool and area. Nice little gym. Good service at pool bar. Breakfast was really nice and varied. Highly recommend staying here.

We suffered from room key, the doors where open all the time, happened with me and my friends. Hotel must find solution for rooms key.

Las Palmas is a beautiful area, the people are very nice and there is a large amount of quality restaurants. Hotel Cristina was in a perfect location, the breakfast buffet was 10/10 and the staff were always extremely helpful. Canteras beach is next door to the hotel and is brilliant, not overcrowded and very peaceful.

Efficient mainly business hotel nice pool area and on beach. Left iPad in room on checking out and went back next day when I realised it must be there and housekeeping had it. Full marks for their honesty and service.

Perfect spot for a beach holiday Good breakfast buffet, great comfy bed, and good value. Rooms on the seafront must have a fab view but the outlook from ours was a bit grim, but having spent all day on the beach and all evening on the lively promenade it didn't matter.

After a fantastic stay in Oct 15 we decided to return and were not disappointed. When we booked we requested the 7th floor and were delighted to be allocated the same room. (731). The staff were really helpful; it's very close to the beach; fantastic breakfast and a great room with a view !

Perfect location between the beach and the port, this was a very impressive hotel and very comfortable, I would definitely rebook this hotel if visiting Las Palmas again.

Substandard for a five star hotel, But food was cheap.
