I had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would absolutely come back again. The apartment itself is excellent - spacious, cozy, and truly feels like home. The most important thing for me was how incredibly clean everything was. The room had a very pleasant, fresh smell, which made it even more comfortable and inviting. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need: a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the essentials for cooking. It made the stay very convenient, especially for longer visits. The location is also great - everything is relatively close and easy to reach, while the area itself is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. A special thank you for being so thoughtful with my dog! They provided bowls, a bed, and even treats, which was such a lovely and appreciated touch. Overall, a fantastic experience - I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Die Lage ist gut. 200m zu zwei verschiedenen U-Bahn-Linien. Gut eingerichtet. Elektronischer Zugang funktioniert sehr gut mit dem Handy.

Das Heiz- bzw. Kühlsystem ist für das ganze Haus entweder auf Heizung oder auf Kühlung eingestellt. Wir waren bei warmen Temperaturen im März da, also funktioniert nur die Heizung. Da zu heiss, wollten wir mit offenem Fenster schlafen: Bei diesem Lärm von der Strasse undenkbar. Ein alternatives Zimmer zur Seitenstrasse war nicht verfügbar. Unbefriedigend, wenn man mit dem Auto kommt: 1. Das angegebene Parkhaus ist viel zu weit weg, gerade um die Ecke ist auch eines. Was soll das? 2. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen Umladeparkplatz fürs Koffer ein- und ausladen. Leider sind da permanent 3 Autos parkiert, die das Benutzen verunmöglichen. Da der Gehsteig sehr breit ist, haben wir auf dem Gehsteig direkt vor dem Haus kurz parkiert für Ausladen und wieder Einladen der Koffer. Beim Einladen haben wir dann eine Busse erhalten. Die sehr giftig-angriffige Angestellte wollte nicht diskutieren, auch für 5 Minuten nicht erlaubt. 2 Mte später habe ich zu Hause einen Bussenbescheid über 90 Euro erhalten.

La cocina estaba bien equipada La cama era comoda

La habitación que nos dieron era para discapacitados. Pequeña, no habia sofa, ni mesa para desayunar. La ducha no tenia mampara ni cortina. No habia nadie para atenderte.

Alojamiento práctico, cómodo para llegar por varios dias. Zona tranquila con opciones para desatunar y comer cerca. Tiene 2 estaciones de metro cerca Volveria sin duda..
