The lobby area and surroundings could be taken care. The two areas on the side of the main entrance looks like an abandoned building.

Nice location and clean apartments

We stayed at an apartment on the 1st floor and since the heat was on and no AC was available, we had to open the windows and it was too noisy. The is a bar around the corner and the street is very active until late night.

Los desagües del fregadero y el baño apestaban. Era muy desagradable. El sofá-cama es muy incómodo. Hay un club de fiesta y los fines de semana se escucha música por la noche. Demasiado caro para lo que ofrece.

The location was great. The room was very clean.

There were no extra blankets or pillows. One evening was quite cold and I requested an extra blanket which was brought - this was fine. I had to wait over 8 hrs for more toilet paper. This should be easier to recieve!

Apartamento nuevo y con decoración muy agradable, acogedora y moderna, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Todo muy límpio y con olor muy agradable. Se accede con código. Hay taquillas para poder utilizar para guardar equipaje. Comunicación fluida y rápida con el personal del apartamento. Personal muy atento. Hay varias paradas de metro muy cercanas. También hay numerosos restaurantes en la zona. Es un barrio tranquilo y seguro.
