Hotel was grand Staff friendly Food not bad Drinks over priced Unfortunately too close to nite clubs on strip boom boom till 5am Got a room change 3 days in when it was available much better

To noisy at night from local clubs and shops would not recommend getting room that backs on to the nightmare night life for young ravers shame as front beach great and poolside good a little tied the hotel

Terribly noisy and out-dated. Busy location and everything within reach but it’s impossible to sleep due to the noise from the bars and live music

This hotel was nice and clean. The noise from the night clubs is real! The rooms are not very sound proof. The location is very central and convenient. There are many restaurants and shops close by. Lots of pool chairs available and two pools. Our morning walks had the beautiful backdrops of mountains on one side and the ocean on the other but we constantly had to step over broken glass, garbage, vomit and other unpleasant things! So sad that the tourists are so incredibly disrespectful of the Island.

Hotel and rooms very old and tired. Completely overpriced compared to other hotels in the area.

Clean, staff good , room bit small but nice , pools nice but cold , sun beds mostly taken up with towels that are there for hours before used . Food ok pleanty of choice but not very hot . Behind reception needs attention. Kettles needed in room .

Checking in was a bit of a chore as only one person checking in. Christmas Dinner on the 25th exceeded my expectations, the staff were brilliant.

Being in Tenerife for the 5th time… this was the worse hotel I have stayed in the Canary Island so far, that’s rated as a “4star” Rooms and hallways need to be renovated. Super outdated. Only 1 outlet in the room. Washroom ceiling/soffits are disgusting. Over priced for quality and service. Food quality is acceptable not the best for a 4 star. Laundry and gym hours are very limited . Would not recommend. Rooms have no sound Barrier… good luck sleeping at night around the excessive music … Checked out after 4 nights and switched over. Only good thing is it is near the beach side/view. Don’t recommend.

This is not a 4 * hotel. It is very noisy due to being beside Veronicas so take ear plugs if you won’t be out partying all night. Rooms badly need modernised, was there 4 nights and killed 6 cockroaches in my room, asked reception if they had a spray I could use to kill them but they didn’t have anything. Breakfast was good with plenty variety, pool area is too small for the size of the hotel, takes ages to get served at the pool bar.
