"No hospitality in the inn."

Toronto Do not stay here! 998254715 Despite being an American hotel chain, the management team and staff are impolite to American guests. The manager has pulled all us products from their bars, staff were less than accommodating and rude when we presented our us passports. When asked to speak to the manager or passant manager, I was told no one would talk with us and handed a blank sheet of paper to leave a note. Find a different hotel if you want to be treated as a guest.

Room large, bed comfortable, some amenities okay. Shuttle good.

Dated bathroom, old bathtub, not as fresh and clean as should be. It was as if room had been empty for a time and bathroom and surfaces not freshly cleaned. Painted doors and trim needed wash/paint as not clean and trim chipped. Elevators..stained, old carpets. Other available rooms similar. Needs an update and thorough cleaning.
