"Amazing Hotel"

The hotel was amazing. Staff was very polite. Extremely professional answered all my questions. I highly highly recommend getting the breakfast. I cannot say enough good things about that breakfast. You will not be disappointed if you stay at this establishment.

The room felt a little dry, maybe just because of the colder weather

"Terrible experience at a tired property"

Probably one of the most underwhelming Marriott property I have stayed at - tired, old, and not kept up in all areas. Room experience was bad - poor quality furniture, dim lighting, lamps flickering, shower supply bottles empty, missing towels!

Located just feet from the airport, solid hotel. Rooms were quiet, though I could hear noise through the adjoining room door. Beds were incredible and the thick duvet was appreciated. Solid location for a conference. Staff was excellent, especially the staff looking after our food needs. Personable!

Excellent airport hotel. The shuttle goes to the airport every 30 minutes, 24 hours. It will also pick you up from the airport if you call.- the wait was not long. Staff is very friendly and food at the restaurant was excellent. Exterior of the building is a bit dated (and because it's near the airport, limited stores nearby) but the interior is beautiful and it also has a really nice interior pool (and gym).

It was very convenient to fly in at midnight, arrive at the hotel after renting a car in about 5 minutes and sleep over before leaving for a long drive the next morning. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. A special shout out to Abri who checked me in and helped me with a booking issue and for being so kind, patient and efficiently sorting out the issue. Highly recommend the Westin for a quick, pleasant stay over.
