Phoned twice from airport no answer , waited for shuttle , no show called again someone picked up shuttle came 15 mins later

Wife and I stayed there night before our vacation to Antigua. Very close to the airport and the free shuttle that runs every half hour is a huge bonus. I parked my vehicle for 8 days in their parking lot and it was only $100. We ate in the restaurant and the food was nothing short of fantastic. A little bit pricey but not having to drive anywhere in Toronto traffic is well worth it to me. Hotel is spotless. Rooms are quite clean and fresh. We will be staying and parking here from now on. Thank you Weston.

a broken elevator and lack or control in the parking lot when hundred of people are leaving- both gates should have been left open and someone should have been in the lot to help people get out quickly

Booked months ago. Given 2 rooms directly outside elevator beside the convention areas. My preference was away from elevator on a higher floor as written in my Marriott profile. I was given a handicapped room which for a woman is not suitable. No where to put any toiletries in the bathroom except the back of the toilet (yuck) and a very tiny table where the towels, Kleenex and soap went. There was no blow dryer in the room. I had to borrow from next door. Waited at the little store for over 20 minutes to buy a drink and eventually just left. Early morning and late night noise from the conventions. The fridge was barely cold and didn’t keep drinks cold at all. The temp in the room was off as I couldn’t put on anything warmer than 20.5. Overall wouldn’t stay with Westin or Marriott again.
