Staff very helpful

Great location, clean, modern, enjoyable breakfast super nice staff.

Breakfast was better than expected. Good coffee. Not much fruit, which isn’t great, but good selection of dairy and healthier options. People were nice.

Bed was quite soft, not uncomfortable but too soft. Facilities a little tired.

Early check in, clean modern room. Great breakfast and excellent service. 👍👍

We enjoyed the pool and the gym.

Walking into the hotel the whole place felt dingy. We were moved into a room with 2 beds even though we asked for a single. In that room tv didn't work. They then moved us to the type of room we asked for. There was bar soap left in the shower from previous guest. I was going to say some of this at the desk but clerk was on the phone and didn't ask how our stay was. Only took the time to ask if an email receipt was ok.

L'hôtel est proche du centre-ville en voiture, le petit-déjeuner est complet et varié. La chambre est propre.

L'ensemble est juste passable : par manque de temps ou d'organisation ? Lors du petit-déjeuner, les tables ne sont pas nettoyées, les poubelles ne sont pas vidées, le buffet est à peine propre. Il y a des feuilles et des insectes qui flottent dans la piscine. La clé de notre chambre (qui s'ouvre difficilement) ne fonctionne plus dès 9h le jour de notre départ (la réception réglera le problème). Bref, rien de grave mais une impression globale moyenne.
