First room we entered had a musty old towel smell and cigarettes. Breakfast was bad (old fruit salad, instant eggs)

The property is not within walking distance of downtown however a quick drive gets you to multiple parking garages that put you within walking distance. Hotel clean, check in staff, Gabby, was very nice and accommodating.
