Nothing!!!

From my bed having shit stains on the sheets and I didnt notice til the next morning 4/11 because I didnt sleep under the covers because im a night sweater and my alarm woke me up and I was freezing so I pulled the comforter back and seen that. My room had a bath tub and no stopper to get in the tub to soak, the toilet ran all night long, the side door had rats running all thru there I actually kicked one walking out the door. The front desk lady was not helpful at all, it took 2 hours to find me another room because I refused to go back to the room it was like she didnt even care and I payed all that money for 2 nights of bs
