The location and the staff. Especially the house keepers.

The shower floor is retaining water that smells the following day.

The breakfast was much better this stay than the last time I was there. Staff was also nicer.

I was on the 5th floor with my mother who can't do stairs and they decided to do an inspection in the early morning when people are going to work and during breakfast. No one is going back and forth up 5 flights of stairs with food and back down again to go to work. Also there was someone in the dining room so high they couldn't even sit up on a chair. The hotel cannot control people but they can ask them to leave the building.

Location was convenient for a family traveling from Atlanta to New York.

We had a reservation for 5 people, but there were only 2 towels in our room. That usually happens in our family trips and that's okay. It was unbelievable, though, that, when we asked for 3 more towels, the people in the reception refused to send them, telling us to wait for housekeeping NEXT MORNING, warning us that that would not happen before 9:30 a.m. -- we were on an one-night stay only. Another big red flag happened during check-in. They haven't asked for any document to prove that our underaged kids were actually our children. This is a child abuser's dream. We're used to travel with our children and this was the first hotel that haven't asked for proper child identification.
