The staff was nice

The elevator was broke. I stayed on the fifth floor. This could’ve been notified to me prior to booking this hotel room. There were no other rooms to accommodate my state, and I had to walk up and down five flights of stairs every time. Luckily I didn’t have my kids.

I have stayed at this hotel a few years back and had no issues. This time, the elevator was out and I had to take the stairs to the 4th floor. It was a true inconvenience. As well as, the first room I was assigned to was horrible. It had a bad stench, the bathroom was dirty and the curtains had huge holes in them. I asked to be transferred to a sister hotel, but instead offered a new room as this was an independently owned hotel. Understandable. Upon getting my new room I thought everything was better concerning the new room but once I was getting ready for bed and pulling back the sheets I noticed stains. I was SO uncomfortable at this point. I called down asking for new sheets and was told to come down. I came down (using the stairs) only to be told there were no clean sheets available but housekeeping would come up first thing morning to change. So in the entire hotel there weren’t absolutely no spare clean sheets? I uncomfortably slept without sheets (pictures have been taken). The morning came and I not once received a knock on my door but assumed housekeeping would have come once I returned back to the room. But when I returned around 11PM my sheets were still pulled back the same way I had left them. I again called downstairs to explain the situation and was offered a new room. I declined because at this point a third room would could come with more issues I wasn't in the mood to encounter. I was given sheets and a report was made but after returning back upstairs the sheets I was given wasn't any better. I am upset that I wasted money being uncomfortable for my entire stay. Is there anything you can do to accommodate me?

Once again the elevator was broken; now 2 for 3 visits. Apparently elevator was ot working for a week according to hotel staff. This makes for a big problem for mobility challenged guests.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Located near a lot of major stores.

Would have been better if elevator wouldn’t have been broken!! Therefore I was lucky to stay with a friend in her room and had to cancel Mine because I couldn’t walk 4 flights of stairs due to injection in my knee for torn meniscus.
