Convenient, straightforward

Rude receptionist, who was very impatient with me, even though I explained that I had a sprained wrist, and I couldn't move as fast as usual. Also, when I tried to ask for a more quiet room, not next to the elevator, she was very dismissive and rude. She seemed overworked. I guess it was a busy night.

Front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Manager was unresponsive!

During the second night of my 2night stay I discovered what appeared to be a bedbug on my pillow. Brought to front desk attention with the actual bug in a piece of tissue. I returned to front desk on 4 different occasions, and made an additional 5 phone calls requesting conversation with manager. It is now 72 hours since this incident and I have yet to hear from her. I have requested invoice stay open until I speak with mgr. regarding status and solution. I have remained polite with staff as have they been with me. I have been told numerous times that mgr. will contact me as soon as she gets off her “unending phone meetings!” I am frustrated! Annoyed! Aggrevated! Very concerned! This has caused enormous inconvenience and expense and simply I’m MAD! A return phone call with information, status, and resolution would put this to rest BUT manager or staff have yet to reach out to me! It’s not like you don’t have my phone number both in my file, and each time I contact you! FOLLOW UP: Mgr finally attempted to return phone call(I suspect only after I posted my dissatisfaction)… we finally connected talking on day 6. There was no empathy for the frustration I was experiencing. Several times she stated only “I was busy and I had nothing new to tell you”. The exterminator said the room was clean…. Therefore nothing she would do about it. 4 days of aggrevation, concern, expense, was not her problem. THIS IS NOT WHAT I WOULD EXPECT FROM A MARRIOTT!

It was nice. Plenty to choose from. Clean
