Our only issue was the elevator, that was not working on 2 occasions and we were on the 3rd floor. However, we were able to change one room to the 1st floor as one of us uses a cane and walker.

We stay at this hotel each time we come back to visit family. Maryann at the front desk is the most AWESOME person and always remembers us. I can't say enough about her. All positive. Renovations are very nice and were past due. Parking on Saturday night was an issue with full hotel. Otherwise a great stay.

"It was comfortable, but not good for getting sleep."

I liked the location because it was near to where I was going the next morning.

There were a couple of people talking very loud right outside of the door near my room. I needed sleep because I was waking up at 3 am.
