1. When we arrived, they told us that my reservation had been canceled. Which it was not. They claimed that booking.com canceled my reservation in June-I didn't even book it until last week. They finally found the reservation under my first name. 2. I booked this hotel because it said the room had 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. It did not...they don't even offer that kind of room. My grandkids had to sleep on the floor! The front desk again claimed that your website has the wrong information. Which it obviously does since I booked this room specifically because of our needs. They wouldn't even give us a little discount or a free night for some kind of compensation because I didn't book through them. So....I will not be staying at that hotel at all in the future...and we go to Hampton Beach often. And I certainly will not be using booking.com in the future.
