"Disappointed because we have stayed at other LaQuinta locations & never had any concerns."

Front desk staff were friendly and professional. Variety of choices for breakfast.

Woke on the morning of our 2nd night to find 2 cockroaches near shower and 4 cockroaches in and near the sink.

"Air conditioning did not work."

The air conditioning during my stay would not work in my room. The entire night I was sweating. I told the staff about it and they just gave a generic response of I’ll let my manager know and we’ll see if we can help or not days after I stayed there.
