The staff was a highlight of the property. They were helpful, kind, and professional. Janet, who runs the breakfast doesn’t extraordinary job and helps out with whatever you might need or want. She works very hard people the front desk people were equally as friendly and helpful. The beds were unusually comfortable. It was quiet and I got a great night sleep

The general space like the upstairs hallways looked a little worn and needed itself some cleaning. There seemed to be no way to adjust the heat. The fan kept blowing at the same temperature and speed, no matter how it was adjusted.

I loved the woman at the front desk, she was extremely friendly and hospitable.

It was not until we arrived that we were informed there are only rooms on the 4th floor available but the elevator is broken. Then when we got to our room, the ceiling in the shower looked like it was caving in.

The breakfast attendant was very nice, social and welcoming. She made the sat pleasant every morning. The breakfast was satisfactory. I enjoyed that the pets are welcomed and the hotel did not smell like animals.

We arrived at 11:30 PM on April 17 after a four-hour drive from New York, following a full day of work and school. We were extremely tired and just looking forward to checking in and getting some rest. Unfortunately, our experience started off poorly—the front desk attendant was unwelcoming and made us feel as though we were inconveniencing her. When we entered the room, we were disappointed to find a strong musty odor, along with noticeable smells of weed and cigarettes. This was especially surprising given that the hotel advertises itself as smoke-free. The sheets did not smell fresh or clean, which added to our discomfort. Additionally, the room was only stocked with one set of towels despite our reservation being for four people. We had to request additional towels after settling in. Due to how exhausted we were, we chose not to address these issues that night or request a room change—but in hindsight, we should have. The only reason we stayed was because we had a family engagement nearby the next day. Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations, it wsa horrible. We hope improvements can be made for future guests.
