The first suite I was given was disgusting. By look it appeared to be clean but the bathroom smelled strongly of urine and the room smelled moldy. I turned the heat on and the air coming out was vile. Reception moved me to another room, which was cleaner but there was still a faint odor of mold. Overall the stay was ok. Beds were comfortable and the pillows smelled clean. Not sure I would stay again.

Our stay was perfect. They let my new found relatives and I meet in the dining room as long as we wanted. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I’m from Nevada- my daughter from Canada- but my relatives were all from Albany. They recommended we stay with you. Great recommendation!!!!

"Won’t stay again"

Staff was very helpful and had a good attitude.

Room was small, run down and gross. Clock was wrong, temperatures uncomfortable. Expensive for what it was.

Clean, easy to get to. Many restaurants near by we ate at the recovery was awesome sports bar. Hotel super close to the mvp arena was perfect.. breakfast was fantastic Will definitely stay here again….
