Guests highly rate the decent bed and frequently praise the great service from front desk staff.
Breakfast was aweful. Area was hot where u ate at. Beds comfy. Room was clean.
The room was not clean. It was late and we were so tired that we didn’t notice until the next morning but there was trash under the sink, hair in the tub, and a moldy smell. But the bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

We had to switch rooms 3 times. Each room was dirty. We felt gross staying there. Normally we don’t complain but this is not acceptable.
No elevator which was not listed - stains in hallway carpet - bug in bathroom sink - shower was squeaky loud - ice machine and vending machine broken on second floor - no soft drinks in vending machine on first floor - less than stellar breakfast.
Our room was nasty. They allow pets in their rooms and we found dog pee and fleas on the comforter. We changed the sheets ourselves which they provided but the next day found a tick attached to my stomach. I would never stay here again and do not recommend.

Grounds around building were ok, but just beyond grounds there was lots of trash. Pool closed. Breakfast so-so. Room clean. They made an effort with safety, such as individually wrapped cups, etc. Nice people.

The pool and hot tub were closed which was my main reason for choosing this location. The other reason I choose this hotel was for the provided breakfast which the gist was rock hard biscuits with mediocre gravy, some solid green bananas, and cereal. The second day I just went to purchase food next door instead. There was no working ice machine on my floor and the vending machine was empty. The rooms were not nice and there was trash and an empty vape pod laying on the bedside table when we arrived in the room. One of the staff members I spoke with was very nice but others were far from friendly. Would definitely not recommend overall.
