Quality Inn Kingdom City I-70

Very dated which is ok IF its kept up and clean. Wall paper falling off. Drywall behind is breaking off and laying on floor. Carpet wasnt vacuumed. Wanted to use hot tub but it wasnt hot and the jets didnt work. Very dissatisfied with the hotel

There was no hot water, The heater was very loud. Breakfast had very limited selections. The room was very shabby and in need of renovation.

We checked in @ midnight, husband told man we had pets he was fine. I came in w the dogs and he immediately stopped us and changed his story. Nail clippings on floor, hair in bathroom. We didn’t shower bc it was so gross. Kids slept on top of the sheets. No one walked around without shoes. I ended up putting towels down in the bathroom just to feel better about walking around. There was trash on the side of the tub from the previous guests. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. If it wasn’t late at night and after driving all day we would of found another place but we were too exhausted. The pictures of the rooms must be from another hotel bc they did not look like this hotel.

The costs for the rooms were obviously inflated due to an event in town. I understand that. The room was older (rust, torn carpet) which was even understandable. However, the black dirt in the tub, the toilet ring, the body hairs in the sink and on the bathroom floor were disgusting. We did not say anything until we left as we knew rooms in the area were hard to come by. We did take pictures, wipe the tub with a cloth to show how nasty it was and gave that to the front desk person upon checkout so hopefully someone would clean it for the next customer.

Staff was very friendly to both myself and my dogs.

The Quality Inn was absolutely amazing. However, this should be noted. The door key was problematic, however, a second key worked perfectly. And the tv would go black, but click right back on. Other than that, everything and everyone were great!!!!

We didnt stay. The beds had been slept in. The room smelled of cat urine, it has filthy, and wallpaper was peeling. The outside grass hadnt been cut or weeded. The grass was was a couple feet high in places. The halls inside wete caked with filth. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!
