Overall it was good and we were comfortable. However,on day 2 our room was not serviced; the bed wasn't made nor the bathroom cleaned. The wifi connection is super slow to the point that I could not listen to a zoomed church service online due to a multi stopping dialog. Location was great and everyone was pleasant and helpful when they could. When we visit Philadelphia again,we will probably stay here.

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience, the staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and made it very easy to get around the city. When an unexpected issue came up during my trip, the hotel manager Justin personally stepped in and handled it with professionalism and kindness that truly exceeded my expectations. I am very grateful that he took such personal responsibility to help me and he did so without hesitation. If you’re considering a stay here, you’ll not only enjoy the amenities and comfort of the hotel but also the peace of mind knowing you’re in the best hands.
