The environment is so conducive

Room was clean. Breakfast was very good. And most important is, that people are very helpful, professional and friendly.

The duty manager was unnecessarily rude, aggressive, and lacked basic customer service skills. About three hours after checking in, I informed him that the TV in my room was not working. Instead of helping, he told me to check out if I was unhappy and said he would refund me. He even gave me five minutes to leave, in the presence of two of his staff members. When I came downstairs with my luggage, he changed his position and insisted on deducting $205 from the $328 I had paid for a two-night stay, despite the fact that I had barely used the room. When I asked for an explanation, he threatened to call the police. I have reported the matter to Booking.com and am requesting a refund of the $205 deducted. I travel frequently and have never experienced such hostile, unprofessional, and unacceptable behaviour

The property is not clean and not maintained well. The bathrooms were broken, no doors for shower, the air conditioning or heater is very old and noisy. For the price, it is not worth
