"Just disgusting."

The front desk associate was nice enough.

The room was terrible. Paper thin walls. Floor boards coming up. It looked like a handyman is the one who did a renovation 15 years ago. It was a non smoking room but smelled like cigarettes. When we arrived there was a cigarette burn and literal ashes on the comforter which tells me they either didn’t change the sheets or the cleaner was smoking.

Hot tub had pubic hair all over. Roaches in the hot tub and in the room. Dirty ice bucket. Soda machine says see office for soda. No beverages to purchase

One of my rooms didn’t have a bed just had a bed frame my keys for my room wouldn’t work after a few hours dirty had to do my own cleaning!

This property is very worn - at best a 1 star hotel. Furnishings are broken - literally the cabinetry drawers faces were not attached - and 2nd hand. The shower water could not be turned off. The feel of the room was institutional, and the lighting was fit for an interrogation. There were quite a few people loitering on the balcony and in the parking lot when we arrived at 11:30 pm. We left and returned the key to the office - we did not stay. I will be trying to get a refund for the prepayment on Expedia.

We only stayed one night the first room the air conditioner was not working. Assigned to the second floor as going up the stairs the railing was dirty and sticky. The beds were very comfortable. There was no Kleenex no mat for the shower therefore I did not shower for fear of slipping. Will not be staying there again.
