Bath tub dirtu and grimey. Had not been clean for awhile. Unable to take a shower.

Booked this with rewards on 5-3 for stay on 5-21. Booked accessible room due to wife’s health. Arrived at 6. Clerk was present and confirmed reservation. I reaffirmed the need for a first floor room to which I was informed he had no rooms on first floor. I looked out at parking lot and there were no cars at all. I asked for refund and was told to take it up with my credit card. I have never received a refund. Again a massive scam.

Never had the breakfast, popped my head in to check it out, went to nearby place instead Parking lot was muddy from other guests parking vehicles from job sites Trash bag left at top of steps one night, had to move it to get to room no room service, stayed 4 nights, never was cleaned in between nor fresh towels.

There were beds and a bathroom

The furniture was filthy and battered. The office chair looked like it came from curbside garbage and the couch had stains all over it. The sheets also had stains. It was disgusting.
