"I do not recommend this hotel"

The beds were comfy. The ability to easily DoorDash was good. There were convenience machines with food and drink options.

It was under heavy construction, no restaurant or seating areas. The staff was rude. The building is dated and I could hear water or pipe sounds through the night that kept waking me up.

"Not the room we thought we reserved."

Listing on Hotels.com gave impression that there would be two beds plus a couch as places to sleep. I made the reservation on that basis for myself and my two adult children. On arrival, I discovered that there were two beds, but no room had a couch, nor were there any rollaways or cots there. Under our actual circumstances, the lack of the separate third bed proved to be a serious hindrance to any enjoyment of the room. The front desk was as helpful as they could be under the circumstances, but the hotels.com description of the hotel's rooms misled me. I do not wish to repeat that experience again.
