MainStay Suites Joliet I-80

It was a clean place and family friendly.

I did not try the breakfast, but other family members did and it was a good start to the day for them. The desk staff was The location was professional, polite and very helpful. The Hotel is close to a variety of restaurants and close to the freeway while not being on top of it.

It was loud at night with people coming and going slamming doors well after midnight. I also was woken by a couple arguing out side in the parking lot. These were two different nights. The kitchen was not well equipped.

Room was clean

Staff was rarely at the front desk and there was no Continental breakfast... Seemed a bit overpriced for The limited options. No pool. No breakfast. And barely a fitness room

We had a nice comfortable stay. The room was clean and the staff was very nice and accomodating.

Full size appliances in room was great. The air conditioning didn't regulate properly. There wasn't a staff person at front desk and had to wait more than 20 minutes to be checked in. The staff was very professional was they appeared.

Bedside light did not work.
