"My stay was good. But the hotel was not."

The room nice that’s all.

The place was cold and dark. The elevator broke and had to walk down the hall and they dark. Didn’t have enough light. Then they didn’t have breakfast as they said they would. Will not be staying there again.

"Worst hotel!! Book anywhere else!!"

This hotel is straight out of a horror movie, there is permanent residents all on the first floor (not disclosed when booking) there was mold in the bathrooms, stains on the furniture including our blankets. We were traveling for a soccer tournament and should have left the moment we saw the room but hotels in the area were full. I am hoping I can post pictures to this review to give some context to how bad it is! I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again even if it was free!!! But almost $200 a night is unacceptable, not to mention it was $6 for a small chocolate milk for my daughter. Lastly the staff was not friendly, one man yelled at us because he didn’t approve of a child’s behavior(yes it was corrected and yes the child was wrong) but remaining professional is essential. The child corrected their behavior right away and he continued to yell at our group. Lastly the pool was not working so it was ice cold and dirty. Moral of the story.. book elsewhere or you’ll be hugely disappointed. Also I’ve complained to the hotel themself and the corporate office with no response. Which is why I am writing this review

Our room was on the first floor with access to the courtyard which was nice for our dog. The room itself was pretty clean and decent.

The hallways and public spaces were dirty, under construction and reeked like weed. The staff were obviously frazzled and understaffed there. They were all very grouchy. We were never told it was an additional charge for a pet, only that every room is pet friendly. That was an extra $75 we were not planning for. The place was pretty underwhelming and I would not stay there again especially with so many other options within a few minutes.
