The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The corridors was very warm. The room needs to be updated. Happy hour had low grade drinks. The bed was uncomfortable Check in was late. Electric sockets were loose.

Room itself was clean and orderly, not too "worn". Climate control was good, bed was comfortable

Poor, flat, worn out pillows. All public spaces were excessively worn and in BAD repair. Main lobby was horribly worn and had extensive damage around entire roof line. Fountain in lobby not working and stagnant. Carpets torn, frayed, old. Place smelled dank. This facility does not meet up to the image that A) is portrayed in the photos on line, and B) that is generally perceived when one hears the name Embassy Suites. Very disappointing and $$$$$
