"It was OK, just disappointed by food & drink service."

Close to the airport, shuttle was on time, easy process at 4:30am

Listed a restaurant and lounge on web site, no restaurant, just a bar to order food from a limited menu, the bar only had one person working, long wait for food or drinks, small selection of wine, beer, cocktails.

"This was one of the poorly run locations that I've had to stay with Hilton."

Phones in the room didn't work. Shuttle service needs work. I called before 5 and was told it runs ever 30 minutes. Waited for the shuttle until 5:25. Driver on a personal call. Gate for parking not working. Iron in the room was broken. The elevator was slow as molasses.

It was a poor experience special for a hilton honor member.

"Comfortable stay but..........."

Location, breakfast staff were all great

We stayed two nights in two different rooms and both bathtubs had terrible rust stains around the drains. Rooms were clean but the stains tarnished my bathroom comfort during shower times.
