The shower tub filled up immediately with at least a foot of water and took at least 30 minutes to drain. The key never worked for the parking lot. The iron had some sticky residue that burned a hole in my shirt.

Dear [Hotel Manager Name], I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional service I received upon my arrival at your hotel. When I arrived at the front desk, I was assisted by a staff member named Sherry. Despite having submitted a request for an upper-level room three weeks in advance, Sherry attempted to place me in a room on the first floor. When I showed her my reservation details and the attached request, she ignored my concerns. Furthermore, I was forced to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes. To add to this poor experience, Sherry attempted to charge me for breakfast, even though my reservation clearly states that breakfast is included for free. I am very disappointed with the way I have been treated. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that my original room request is honored and that the staff is properly informed about my reservation's inclusions.
