"Exceptional"

Great property and the front desk staff were helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. We took advantage of the exercise room before we ate breakfast. Don't skip breakfast at Embassy Suites, it's very good.

We were surprised there was an additional $20/night fee for parking a vehicle. This was not communicated to us when we made the reservation. Not a huge deal, but not the best news as you're handed a "free" bottle of water.

"Amazing location and value in Bellevue!"

Breakfast was wonderful, everything you need/want from a continental breakfast. Absolutely loved the omelet bar. Location is great, couldn’t be better. Right off the freeway - can’t beat that!

The TV in my bedroom was not hooked up for some reason. The one in the office portion worked fine. Ultimately no big deal, I don’t end up watching much television before I sleep.

Everything else was definitely not what I expected from being a regular customer at embassy suites properties. This was the poorest service and conditions of the room I have experienced at an embassy suites properties

"Good if you don’t want to be in the busy downtown area"

The reason I liked this hotel is because it was not in the middle of the downtown area and the parking was easy. I was very surprised to be charged for parking. But, I still preferred it to some of the other hotels in downtown Bellevue. This hotel is in a quiet business park area. The front desk staff was not amazing. They didn’t tell me about any of the amenities, breakfast, happy hour, the gym… nothing. They just handed me my keys and some water. Very minimal effort. Not even welcoming or friendly. The room was fine. There were several hairs in the shower. But overall, it was OK. I gave three stars for the location and ease of parking.
