Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Bellevue

Front desk lady who helped us at check in was wonderful & so helpful! Room was nice & comfortable like having the extra room and 2 living spaces. The evening reception and breakfast selection was very good. Food and beverage service workers were hardworking, efficient and friendly.

Hate having to pay for parking in a hotel owned lot, should be complimentary. Hall walkway outside our room had cracker crumb trail from when we checked in at 5:30 pm to next morning when we checked out at 10 am. Honestly don't know if housekeeping was notified to remedy the problem.

Hotel was clean and staff was excellent.

I specifically requested a room with a walk in shower like the pictures on the website indiciated for the king suite with balcony. I even received an email from the hotel saying they would accommodate and then they did not. I was a bit upset about that. And after traveling all day I didn’t have the energy to go try and change rooms

Room 519, one night. Booked 516 on the app, it wasn't ready by 430pm, was offered 519. The good: Quiet, clean, updated rooms, breakfast was one of the better buffet breakfasts I've had outside of regular Hiltons. Pool was great, staff was very good and helpful. The bad: Hole in the bathroom door not appealing. Evening reception felt like a cheap free add-on, chips, free pop from machine, no one monitors the people grabbing food with hands instead of utensils provided... good luck with getting sick from that alone. There was a convention during our check in, no diamond labeled parking and VIP spots all taken. Overall, surprised by the general feel of the hotel and would stay again.
