The staff wasn't helpful about parking, soon as we went into the room it smelled of camabis, the bed was up against the wall and was so hard to get out of bed ive brusies on my elbows, the bed was hard and so uncomfortable, the towels in bathroom were supposed to be white their were stained yellow, bathroom was dirty, bedroom window wouldn't close it was stuck and couldn't sleep with the noise , wouldn't recommend this place to stay .

Lovely iconic building a bit of maintenance would go a long way

Great location.

Saturday night I went in to the residence bar at 12.35am. Asked for a drink and was told that the bar was closed. Other people were having a drink there at the time. I asked what time does the bar close at and was told between 12.30am and 1am. I didn't get the drink. On Sunday night arrived back in the hotel at 11.15pm and no bar was open. Queried at reception and was told that the main bar closed at 9pm and the residence bar didn't open at all that day. Stayed in the hotel 2 years ago and had no problem getting a late drink . There needs to be a more consistent policy on this moving forward.
