Very little.

In the middle of a heatwave the radiators were on full in the bathroom, reception staff were rude and unhelpful and claimed that the radiators could not be turned off. Radiator was right next to the toilet meaning you can’t go to the toilet without burning your leg.

Beautiful hotel with lots of history and amazing rooms. Staff brilliant. Value for money ey excellent

Bedrooms were a bit dated but for the money it was ok but the beds were pretty terrible. Woke up with a bad back but again for the money not too bad.

Amazing location and is very grand looking from the outside. Fav value for money given its location

It’s very dated and feels unclean, it’s in need of a revamp. It’s a shame as it’s such a beautiful old building and great location but defo needs a lick of paint and new carpets etc
