Loved the character and history of the building . Room was massive, tired and decoration badly done but an iconic building. Phenomenal entrance, lounge and glimpse into times gone by

Sadly the decorators evidently did not care, paint sploshed on carpets, evidence of damp. Such a stunning building it should be loved

"over all would highly recomend the hotel food and room were excellet as were staff"

room was huge clean bathroom was big shower was great and plenty pressure

only downside was outside temperature was in the high 20,s and the towel radiator was on full blast with no way to turn it off

"Very pleasant indeed."

My room was lovely but there was one minor problem which the manager Joe came to investigate immediately. He made the decision to move me. He was very good and professional. I felt very well looked after. The building is so beautiful. A very pleasant stay.

I was disappointed that I didnt have the choice to pay in cash. They only take cards.
